Salcos DRI Plant

The Pirson/DSD Group commenced the construction of the ENERGIRON SALCOS Direct Reduced Iron (DRI) Plant at Salzgitter Flachstahl, Germany, in August 2024. As the project gains momentum, several areas will soon be under construction, including the impressive designed 140 meter tall Reactor Tower, Process Gas Heater, Water Treatment Plant, and Material Handling facilities marked a milestone as Pirson Refractories BV began the specialized installation of refractory lining in the Transfer Line at ground level.
